Vernon Ash brings fire to the mat and security to the wrestling room. As a former wrestler himself, Ash is continuing the Indian tradition with his own sons. Introducing the fundamentals of the sport to first and second year wrestlers, Vernon is a pro at working with kids who want to learn and still have fun!
